Tricep Stretch - how to perform a tricep stretch before workout
Instructions:
- Stand up straight, bending the knees a bit with your feet hip/shoulder width apart and toes pointing forward.
- Bend right arm at your elbow, lift arm next to your head. Then touch your shoulder blade area with your right fingers.
- Move your left arm over your head and place your left hand on your right elbow to help support the arm during the stretch.
- Gently with your left arm pull to create more tension on the tricep. You should be able to feel the stretching of your right tricep.
- Hold the stretch for 15-25 seconds.
- Repeat on left arm. See picture below for an example.
